Een via cordata in het hart van de Hourat kloven<\/h3>\n

Na het passeren van Laruns, een typisch pastoraal dorp in de vallei van Ossau, als u de weg naar Spanje vervolgt via de Pourtalet Pass<\/strong>zul je niet falen om te zien de Hourat kloven<\/strong>waar de via cordata zich bevindt. De kalkstenen kliffen van meer dan 80 meter die de Gave d'Ossau overspannen maken het een opmerkelijke plek die u niet mag missen als u de vallei<\/strong> d'Ossau<\/strong> vanuit alle hoeken! De tokkelbaan in Laruns Aventure<\/a> markeert het begin van deze kloven.<\/p>\n

Deze klif is bekend bij lokale klimmers<\/strong> herbergt klimroutes van \u00e9\u00e9n tot drie lengtes, van 5b tot 8a+. De rots, compact en hecht, doet denken aan de klimlocaties van Aragon of Cataloni\u00eb. Maar dat is niet het onderwerp van dit artikel, want de via corda<\/a>Hoewel het lijkt op een klimroute, is het toch zeer betaalbaar en vereist het geen geen speciale vaardigheden<\/strong>Maar wat maakt het uit! Je klimgids rust je uit met een helm, een harnas, karabiners en dubbele koorden. Goed luisteren
op veiligheidsvoorschriften<\/strong> kunt u met een gerust hart aan dit avontuur beginnen!<\/p>\n

Het begin van de route is de toegang tot deze klimlocatie. A vast touw<\/strong> maakt het gemakkelijker om de eerste klimroutes te volgen. De route volgt de rotsachtige gebieden met gemakkelijke grepen en de kleine richels die in het jargon \"virettes\" worden genoemd. U hoeft uw schoenen niet aan te trekken, want de moeilijkheidsgraad is niet hoger dan 4b.... U klimt echter in touw op de manier van een klimtouwbaan<\/strong> om de veiligheid van iedereen te garanderen. Uw gids kan u helpen of adviseren om gemakkelijker vooruit te komen. En ja, vanaf het begin bevinden we ons meer dan 40 meter boven de grond! Na ongeveer 45 minuten traverseren over de rotswand en een korte abseilafdaling komen we aan in wat de eerste schelp<\/strong>. Het is een soort grot die uitnodigt tot een pauze. Op een groot hangend terras kunt u even uitrusten en de overhangende klimroutes boven u aanschouwen!<\/p>\n

De via corda gaat verder over een smal pad naar de apenbruggen. De kabels die tussen de twee kanten van deze kloof zijn gespannen, maken het mogelijk om het oversteken van de Gave<\/strong> en zijn onstuimige wateren. Sommige forel<\/strong>
fario<\/strong> hebben hun intrek genomen in deze weinig bezochte poelen.... We komen dan aan in de tweede conch voor een tweede pauze om de tijd te nemen om de zeer bijzondere vegetatie van deze tuin<\/strong>
opgeschort<\/strong>. De vleesetende planten<\/strong> zoals de kleine zeedistel naast de grote Epipactis (links), zeldzame orchidee\u00ebn<\/strong> (wilde orchidee\u00ebn rechts) die hun paarsachtige kleuren laten zien aan iedereen die ze wil zien!<\/p>\n

Het hoogtepunt van de show: een zeer gemakkelijke klim van 80m<\/h3>\n

We komen aan bij het laatste deel van deze route en het is de nagel van de<\/strong> Toon<\/strong> de verticale stijging van de 80 meter<\/strong> Maak je geen zorgen, het klimmen, hoewel in de lucht, is nog steeds heel gemakkelijk.
Bijgestaan door uw gids doorloopt u de drie fasen van deze verticale wand<\/strong> om de top van de klif te bereiken. Het uitzicht is prachtig<\/strong> en u kunt genieten van het gevoel een klimroute te hebben beklommen. De terugkeer naar de voertuigen gebeurt in een kwartier via een gemakkelijk pad.<\/p>\n
