The practice of ice climbing is extremely dependent on weather conditions and in view of the last few winters seems to be confined to the February.

This ice climbing discovery day will introduce you to gestures and sensations associated with climbing on these frozen bodies of water. Accompanied by a mountain guide, you'll be able to discover sites in the heart of the Alps. Ossau valley or the Troumouse cirquenear Gavarnie in the Hautes-Pyrénées.
